Terms of Delivery
We deliver orders to Europe in 2-5 working days. We try to keep all items in stock, but will contact our customers promtly if item is out of stock and delivery will take longer.
Delivery charge to Finland in 4,95e per order. If your order total exceed 50e, you will get free delivery!
All smaller orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom with Royal Mail. For our business customers and larger order we will use a courier and contact you in advance.
For all orders going to Finland, Finnish law and distance selling regulations will be applied. For orders going to any other countries, UK law will be applied.
There are no custom charges to Finland or other EU countries, as we post all our products from mainland England.
Delivery Through Your Letter Box
If you want to ensure delivery through your letter box, please let us know when placing the order. Some items such as Revitalash comes with bulky packaging that we can remove at customers request to make sure the parcel can fit through a letterbox. Please write "Please ensure delivery through letterbox"
We offer free returns to our customers.
For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
You have 14 days to return any goods. Please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return goods. Please include a note with your return that states your name, address, order number (found on receipt and confirmation emails) and reason for return (ie. wrong shade, change of mind etc).
Items must be returned to: Lushlashes.fi, Unit 40 Easter Park, Benton Road, Silchester, RG7 2PQ, UK.
We will do our best to pack orders carefully, but sometimes items can break in the mail. If you receive a broken item, please contact customer services at email@example.com preferably with a photograph of the delivery, and we will advice you on what to do next.
Lost or delayed orders
Unfortunately sometimes mail can get delayed and can rarely go missing. Lushlashes.fi accepts that the delivery has been lost after 30 working days have passed from sending the order. If 30 working days have passed since your order has been posted and you have not received it, please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lushlashes.fi reserves the right to change Terms of Delivery without notice.
