Terms of Use is a website owned by Future Pro Logistics Ltd.

1. Registration

1.1. To make an order, the customer does not have to be registered. If you choose to register, you can view your order status and enjoy the full benefits of the site. It will be easier to make future orders as your details will be saved in our system. You will need to submit your name, address, e-mail and phone number. 
b) The customer allows to register above information to its customer file. customer information is confidential and is not given to external partners. We will never sell your information.

2. The validity of an order

2.1. and customer can communicate by e-mail, by mail or by phone. The customer commits to keep an eye on his/her e-mail to notice the incoming order confirmation.
2.2. The firm sales contract will come into force when has sent an order confirmation.
2.3. The customer and is allowed to cancel the full order or parts of it before the order is dispatched. The cancellation can be made by e-mail only. The delivery has taken place when the customer has received at least a part of the delivery, or has received the notice that the goods are ready to collect from the post office.
2.4. After customer has made an order, can not change the conditions of agreement.

3. Prices

3.1. All prices include VAT 20%. The current prices are shown at website. The current price is shown in euros (EUR).

4. Delivery

4.1. The delivery time for goods is 2-5 working days to Europe and 1-3 working days to the UK (excluding the Channel Islands). The delivery time is confirmed by an order confirmation.
4.2. If the customer needs to get delivery by a certain date, this must be clearly communicated to in advance (for example when placing an order). is committed to doing its best to meet reasonable expectations regarding delivery time.   
4.3. If the customer is ordering products with different delivery times, the full order will be delivered according to the longest one.
4.4. All smaller deliveries will be made through Royal Mail and bigger ones with a courier, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and If a customer wants to use a particular courier, please let know when placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Terms of Payment

5.1. You can pay using the following methods:

a) Credit Cards & Paypal

If you want to pay by a credit card, you will have to choose Paypal at the Checkout. You will not have to register to Paypal. is responsible for all sales and deliveries through Paypal.

6. Returns

6.1. The customer is allowed to return unused goods within 14 days from receiving them, excluding the receiving day. The product and its package have to be in the same condition than it was when the customer received.
6.2. The customer has to advise by e-mail at prior to returning the items. When has received the product, the price of the product will be returned promptly. All returns can be made to:, Unit 40 Easter Park, Benyon Road, Silchester, Reading, Berks, RG2 6PQ, UK.

7. Transport damages

7.1. will pack your order with care. However, sometimes the products might damage during the transport despite the careful packaging.  If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the package are damaged) contact customer service immediately at  (preferably with photographs) to arrange a new delivery.

8. Claim

8.1. If the customer receives a wrong product of the product is damaged etc. the customer has to inform about this within a reasonable time by e-mail The faulty delivery can be returned according to instructions (see part 6). The claim/advise by e-mail has to be made BEFORE returning. When has received the product, the price of the product (including the postage) will be returned promptly, or a new item will be despatched, whatever the customer prefers.

9. Force majeure

9.1. is not responsible if the delivery is delayed or cannot be made because of factors outside influence including war, catastrophe, export- or import bans, decisions of authorities, strike, adverse weather or other factors that avert activities.

10. Disagreements

10.1. Disagreements caused by this trade agreement are solved according to Finnish law for sales in Finland. For all other sales UK law will be applied.
